강사 선발 방법
- 대학이상 졸업자로 다양한 교육 및 실무경험을 갖춘 인재를 대상으로 함
- 이력서 분석 > 면접시험 > 필기시험 > 인성테스트 > 전산시스템 적응력 점검의 순으로 체계적 선발시험 실시
강사의 교육/훈련
- 수개국에서 영어교육 경험과 전문적 영어교육 자격을 갖춘 Head Teacher 가 강사 훈련을 전담
- 수업시간에 실시간으로 모니터하여 강사의 수업시각 준수여부, 수업태도, 수업방법등을 실시간 점검
- 각 강사별 보완필요사항을 기록하여 수시로 워크샵 개최
Nextyuhak takes great pride
in its Online English Teachers. Each teacher passes through a
stringent selection process that includes an exhaustive interview
with the head teacher, an intensive 4-hour English grammar and usage
test, an extensive pronunciation analysis, and an in-depth 4-week
training program. All these need to be done in order to select the
best possible on-line English teachers and to weed out unqualified
ones.
All newly-hired teachers
attend Grammar, Pronunciation, and Teaching Methodology Workshops.
All training programs are especially custom-made. Teachers who need
more help in say, Pronunciation, will be given more training in it.
Only teachers who pass the
programs will be given a 1-month evaluation period. They will be
closely observed and supervised throughout this period. Those who
fail to impress are given their walking papers.
If they meet the standards the company has set, then they will be
given a longer contract.
At Nextyuhak, we believe in
continuous, year-round skills education. Every teacher is constantly
monitored by the head teacher. Those who need to improve are made to
attend bi-monthly training workshops.
The head teacher also does 1:1 coaching whenever the schedule allows
it.
